Royal Enfield has reported a 10 percent increase in domestic sales figures. The company sold 53,852 bikes in April 2022, compared to 48,789 bikes sold in April 2021. Royal Enfield sold a total of 62,155 bikes (domestic + exports) last month, an increase of 16.62 percent over the 53,298 bikes sold during the same period last year. Royal Enfield stated that the company recorded “steady volumes” despite persistent challenges on the supply front.
The Bullet 350, Classic 350, and Meteor 350 are seeing great sales.
Royal Enfield saw a huge boom in exports in April 2022. The company sold 8,303 motorcycles in April this year, a huge increase of 84 percent over 4,509 units sold in April 2021. However, on a month-on-month basis, the company’s exports declined by 9.75 percent in March 2022 after sales of over 9,200 units.
All 350cc Motorcycles
The Bullet 350, Classic 350, and Meteor 350 are seeing great sales. The trio sold a total of 51,564 bikes last month, an annual increase of 11 percent. Meanwhile, Royal Enfield Scram 411 and Himalayan, as well as RE Twins contributed 10,591 units during the same period, showing a year-on-year increase of 57 percent. Last month, Royal Enfield introduced new color options on the Meteor 350 to keep the model fresh and up-to-date.
